Cystic Fibrosis Western Australia

Pindan sold its third charity home in June 2013 at the Q Central Development in Queens Park, with net proceeds of the sale going to Cystic Fibrosis WA (CFWA).
An impressive $170,000 in proceeds raised from the sale of the home will now go towards helping Cystic Fibrosis WA achieve its vision of ‘Lives Unaffected by Cystic Fibrosis’.
In addition to the charity home, Pindan staff have raised over $28,000 through regular fundraising activities to assist CFWA.
Cystic Fibrosis is the most common life threatening recessive genetic disorder affecting Australian children, with one in 2,500 babies born with CF, that’s one every four days.
Q Central is now complete and comprises of villas, townhouses and apartments centered around a mature Morten Bay fig tree, with a pool, gym, barbecue and entertaining area.
